Greenskin Flight Master is very close. From the gate just run south to the location marked on the map.

For the Dark Elf, run up the hill to the first war camp. From there just head south to the flight master location marked on the map. You should get there in few minutes if you just run straight down there.

The first flight master for the chaos race is a bit further. You have to run and through Norsca get to Nordland. Just run to the bottom of the map in Norsca to get to Nordland. The Flight master is at the very top of Nordland.
